DESK/EXAMINATION COPY POLICIES
Examination copies are available to teaching faculty. Please submit requests on departmental letterhead and indicate course number, dates pf offering, anticipated enrollment, currently adopted texts, and name of local bookstore.
Paperback examination copies are available for a $5.00 per book service charge (nonrefundable), which must accompany the request.
Cloth examination copies are available on approval. Prepayment (less a 20% discount) must accompany the request * . If the cloth edition is adopted and an order for 10 or more copies is placed by you local bookseller, we will refund you payment. In order to process a refund, we will require a copy of the order submitted by your department to the bookstore. If you chose not to adopt, we will issue a refund if the examination copy is returned to us in salable condition.
We are happy to provide a complimentary desk copy when a book has been adopted as a required text. If you have not already received an examination copy when the book was adopted, please provide the request in departmental letterhead, indicating course name and number and dates of offering along with a copy of the order submitted by your department to the bookstore.
