Booksellers: Unless followed by an "s" or "x" all prices are trade discounted. Please contact the sales department for copies of the complete discount schedule.

To order directly, individuals must prepay using check, Visa, or MasterCard and include postage and handling charges as follows: For the first book: USA $3.75, foreign orders $5.00. For each additional book ordered at the same time, add $1.00 for USA and $1.00 for foreign orders. Florida residents please add appropriate sales tax to price of books. Orders from outside the U.S. must be accompanied by international money order or a check drawn on a U.S. bank.

International customers please note that our books are in stock and available from distributors in the U.K and Canada. For contact information, please see the sales representatives list.

Examination copies are available to teaching faculty. Please submit requests on departmental letterhead and indicate course number, dates of offering, anticipated enrollment, currently adopted texts, and name of local bookstore. Paperback examination copies are available for a $5.00 per book service charge (nonrefundable), which must accompany the request. 

Cloth examination copies are available upon approval for a discount of 20% off the list price.
